Personal care and practical support at home for adults with physical disabilities in Tipton and across Sandwell, built around independence and choice.
Physical disability support is not only for older people. We support adults under 65 and over 65 with physical disabilities, helping them to keep control of their daily lives at home. Physical disabilities is one of the specialisms on our CQC registration.
Support can include help with washing and dressing, meals, household tasks, getting out and about, and anything else that helps you live the way you want to.
You know best what you need and how you like things done. We start with a free consultation at your home, listen, and agree a plan. Tell us about any equipment you use and your routines, so we can talk through what support will work safely.
Your carers are matched for compatibility, and you can ask for changes at any point.
Adults under 65 with care needs can ask Sandwell Council for a free needs assessment. Some people receive a direct payment to arrange their own care. If you do, contact us and we will talk through how we can support you. We also work with local authority and NHS-funded packages and privately arranged care.
The first step is a free, no-obligation consultation. We visit you at home, listen to what matters to you, and build a care plan with you and your family. We then introduce one or two carers chosen for compatibility, not just availability. For most clients, care can begin within a few days of the consultation, and sooner in urgent situations.
Other ways we can help: Personal care at home · Dementia care · Care for older people · Care after a hospital stay · Respite care.
Areas we cover: Tipton, Sandwell, West Bromwich, Wednesbury and Dudley.
